These are a great bunch of people. I called about a steering shaft for a Yanmar 1700 tractor. They had it in stock and the sales guy brought it to me. I drive a truck and explained that I would be stopping at a local pilot for fuel. He said that he would bring it to me. They went above and beyond by doing that. I will be definitely buying all my parts from them.

I purchased my Bad Boy Mower from them in 2011 and got a really good deal. They are friendly and helpful and I have sent two friends to their store who wanted a Bad Boy. My deck lift actuator failed and I bought a replacement part from them today. The service was great and they provide help in answering my questions about installation of the part. I ordered a starter for YM1700 on Wednesday afternoon. They shipped a new one to me and by noon the next morning it was on my tractor. Great service and unbeatable price and shipping. I ended up getting a complete overhaul to my YM1700. Brandon, the shop manager scheduled me a time to be there. The shop took me in and Jessie and Barry did a complete overhaul this morning and I was gone by noon. The tractor runs like a new one and looks a lot better too. All these guys are pros with a down home personality. It is great to do business with a shop that cares about their customers. This tractor may outlast me and I may not get to see these guys much but you can be assured if I do need tractor work, this will be the place I turn to and I will recommend them to all my friends in need of their services.

Bought a new Mahindra 4540 from them Saturday. They delivered today. Buying experience was flawless and pleasant. Dan the Tractor Man is one fine fella. If I have any nit to pick at all, is that it wasn't delivered with a full tank of fuel.

I will be back, I have more implements to buy once I figure out what I can't live without.

I have a Bad Boy mower that I purchased at a chain store. When I needed blades for said mower, I had just watched their commercial. I called to see if they had what I needed in stock. They were getting a shipment at that exact time.

Normally a business will get the product on the shelf before they consider it in stock. These guys sent someone to get on the truck and find as many options for me as possible. They had every blade I could use. This was the first set of blades I had ever purchased. Instead of trying to "sell up", they taught me what each set was for. They wanted to make sure I was well informed on my blades. I asked them why and they said "Knowledge about your purchase will make you a better owner, and you will take better care of it because you now have skin in the game or so they say."

If you want the full old timey correct customer experience, Fredricks is your place. If you just want to run in and run out, they are still your place. Because next time you go in, you will remember how they helped you to have a speedy checkout.
